We’ll gather for an evening among the beautiful and historic remains of the old furnace complex at Lock Ridge Park in Alburtis, PA. Each dinner served supports local natural spaces and places right here in the Lehigh Valley and Lehigh River watershed.
This is a reservation you can only get with Wildlands Conservancy- It’s back by popular demand, and space is limited!

- Charcuterie featuring artisan meats & cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and fresh baked focaccia
- Appetizers including buffalo cauliflower bites (vegan/gf), asiago arancini and housemade marinara (vegetarian/gf), and chicken satay with sweet Thai chili dipping sauce (gf)
- Local summer salad with peak summer vegetables like tomato and cucumber
- Braised beef short rib/French trimmed chicken with red wine demi-glaze, rice pilaf, and roasted asparagus
