It’s EVERYTHING Out Here
Home to the Lehigh River watershed, Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, and Lackawanna Counties span some of Eastern Pennsylvania’s most BEAUTIFUL open spaces. Within this remarkably scenic area, Wildlands Conservancy maintains 14 distinctly DIVERSE nature preserves.
We’re protecting the place we call home, and we offer something for everyone. Trails to hike, run, and bike. Woods to take in and explore. Streams to fish. Lands to hunt. Scenery and wildlife to inspire. Rivers to paddle. Moments to savor and MEMORIES to make. It’s all right here in your backyard, and it’s always a great way to spend an hour, an afternoon, or a day.
OUR PRESERVES
Some of our preserves are readily accessible, with parking, beginner trails, and restrooms. Others are more on the rugged side, including some that can only be reached by watercraft or by appointment only. WILDLIFE is vast and varied, as is TERRAIN, which ranges from open meadows and streamside trails to dense forests and mountain paths. All ages and all types of nature lovers are welcome.
WE’RE IN THE FOREVER BUSINESS.
It takes a community of support to care for and maintain Wildlands Conservancy’s 14 nature preserves in the Lehigh Valley and Lehigh River watershed.
That’s where you come in! Your donation today, in any amount, helps us save these special places for you and for future generations—forever.
