This access point is located on the former site of the Lehigh Navigation's Lock #39, also known as Kimmetts Lock.  It's located in an industrial/residential area of Allentown.  In this section, the canal and lock were filled in and eventually paved over to make a parking lot for the boat access built by the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission.
