Access Point Orientation and Description:
Access on RIVER LEFT is a sandy beach.

Locating the Access Point from the River:
Pass under the Pine Street (automobile) Bridge.  Look for the sewage-treatment plant on RIVER LEFT just before the next automobile bridge (Race Street Bridge).  A high rock wall is across the river from the access point.

Directions to Access Parking/Unloading Area by Land:
From Route 22, turn onto Route 145 North and go about 2.0 miles to Schadt Avenue.  Turn right (east) onto Schadt Avenue and go about 0.7 mile to Main Street.  Turn left onto Main Street and go about 1.0 mile to the traffic light at First Avenue.  Turn right onto First Avenue and go one block to Bridge Street.   Turn left (east) onto Bridge Street and continue over the bridge (and the Lehigh River).  After crossing the bridge, turn left at the SECOND driveway just before the railroad tracks at the "Calico Cat."    Bear to the left toward the sewage-treatment plant.  Park in the lot outside the gates.

Access Point Location:
Walk the dirt and grass path upstream, past the sewage-treatment plant keeping the chain-link fence to your right.  Look for the clearing and path down the riverbank on your left.
